I have the entrepreneurial spirit of Silicon Valley in my veins as a San Jose, California transplant to Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Among my career achievements I have led my team in open and closed support calls. I’ve created technical documentation, served as a technology quality assurance (QA) specialist, and have also taken technology into the trenches of user sites, deploying it and helping users to make the most of it. Making technology work for people is my favorite thing to do. I want to make it better, more profitable and more productive than it is today. Don’t tell me “It is what it is.”
